Delivery and Returns
How long does delivery take?
We strive to dispatch your orders promptly upon receipt. Delivery generally takes 1 to 4 working days, depending on our logistics partners. Please ensure your contact number is active, and provide a complete address when booking to facilitate timely delivery.

Are there any delivery charges?
Delivery charges vary depending on the size and weight of the package. These charges will be confirmed before the order is finalized.

Return and Exchange Policy
Can I return a product if I donโ€™t like it?
Products are not eligible for return, but exchanges are possible if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please contact our sales team within 3 days of delivery via WhatsApp, Facebook, or email to request an exchange. Note that delivery charges will apply to exchanged items.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation call before dispatch. Your order is confirmed only after verifying your address.

Can I check the parcel at delivery?
Due to courier policies, parcels cannot be opened before payment. For additional assurance, you can request a product video from our sales team prior to dispatch.

Return Policy
If your product is damaged, defective, or incomplete at delivery, please file a return request within 2 days.

If any product is found faulty or incorrect upon delivery, we will exchange it with a new one of the same type. Minor faults may be repaired and re-dispatched.
Shipping Damages
While we take care to ensure safe packaging, some items may incur damage in transit. Report any damage within 1 day of receiving the item to qualify for a discount coupon equivalent to the loss. Claims will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns at our discretion, including instances of excessive return histories, worn or damaged items, or potential fraudulent activity.
